How gets my stock agency installed?
Shortly after your order, you receive a complete installed base version of the stock-agency solution from us.
Afterwards, you can configurate the system like you wish in the administration area (define prices & allowances, choose languages, attach photographers).
There you create further sites (e.g. starting page, general terms and conditions, sitemap, contact, help, about, etc.).
With little HTML and CSS knowledge you can adjust the design of your agency immediately.
We create for you a FTP-Account to the site templates.
Afterwards, you can upload images into the system, sort them into the different categories and offer them to your customers.

Can I install your stock agency on any server?
The server must achieve some requirements for an installation of imagePro
For this reason, we also offer our software including the hosting.

How gets imagePro delivered?
If you have ordered the Studio or International Edition of image Pro,
you receive the CD with your personal imagePro license per post as well as a printed instruction for the installation and adjustment of the system.
If you have ordered the Basic edition, you receive the whole data per download.

Can I use a domain I already reserved for imagePro?
Yes. Also if you want to use our webservers, you can order the desired domain at any provider.
You only need to order a domain name and no webspace.
Afterwards, the domain must be linked to our server (DNS-settings).

How can I adjust the layout of my agency?
You can change the design of your imageagency wide with easy HTML-knowledge based on the provided templates.

How can I transfer data from other applications into imagePro?
The database of imagePro uses the current MySQL format.
For this reason, an import of data is basically possible.

Can I change the program core of imagePro by myself?
The core of our stock-agency solution (except website templates, configuration files, e-mail texts, own files and images)
is brought to you by us in an encrypted form. If you wish an individual adjustment or extension of imagePro,
we will try to submit an according offer.

How can I import a large amount of images into imagePro?
You can upload your images to a FTP-account.
Then the Studio and International editions of imagePro import automatically IPTC-data from the uploaded pictures into the database.
The pictures just have to be sorted into the desired categories and then just need to be activated.

imagePro offeres adjustable watermarks. How can I update existing pictures when I want to change the watermark?
The update of the watermark can be organised with a provided script.
Though all detail images are recreated with the new watermark.

How does the billing with my customers take place?
After ordering, your activated customers receive an e-mail with a direct link to the orderer pictures (ZIP-archive).
The bill is sent immediately as attachment.

Thereto, the system offers miscellaneous possibilities.
Your pictures can be offered resolution-addicted, usage-addicted or exclusively.
Thereby, it is possible to set fundamental prices for all images in the system.
Additionally, you can set prices for particular images.

Besides the needed software license of imagePro and a suiting webserver,
operating the agency evolves no more costs.

Are the bills created by imagePro beeing accepted by the finance office?
The bills include all the information claimed by the finance office.
In order that the bills are accepted inside the accountancy from the finance office,
the bill generated by the system has just to be printed.

How are the bill numbers assigned internally?
The bill-number range used by the system can be set in the configuration of imagePro.
The system always chooses the lowest entered bill number.
You can also delete single bill numbers with this system to e.g. write a bill manually with MS Word.
This way, the system assures running bill numbers - as claimed by the finance office.

There are data back-up functions for saving the database and the pictures.

Furthermore, the hard disks on our servers are mirrored to avoid data losses effectively (hardware-raid).

The stock-agency solution was produced in Germany and for the European market.
However, several VAT rates and different currencies are supported.

Are you - as producer - able to access the personal data of my imagePro edition?
Naturally, we have no access to the data of your imagePro license on your own server.
If you use our hosting service for your stock agency, we could certainly access your personal data.
Though we subordinate ourselves to severe data protection rules in our generel terms and conditions.
For the usage on our server stands that we can support you more easily and efficiently in the case of technical questions.
